The Hönle Group achieved record sales of TEUR 7,173 in the second quarter of the 2006/2007 financial year, according to preliminary figures which are up 14.0 % on the previous year’s period. The operating result (EBIT) thus rose by 26.7 % to TEUR 1,443, and the earnings before taxes (EBT) by 11.1 % to TEUR 1,621 in the same period. Net income for the period grew by 4.7 % to TEUR 1,004 in comparison with the previous year’s value.

Relative to the first six months of the year, sales revenues of the Hönle Group climbed by 7.7 % to TEUR 12,771. The operating result saw a 6.0 % increase, and amounts to TEUR 2,076. The earnings before taxes of T¤ 2,408 and consolidated net income of TEUR 1,473 were at the previous year’s level.

In light of the current market situation Hönle is holding to its goal of a 10% increase in sales revenues and 25 % growth in the operating result for financial year 2006/2007.

Hönle will publish its interim report on 15 May 2007 as planned.
