Gilching (pta034/23.08.2022/16:30) - The supervisory board of Dr. Hönle AG has decided to fill the position of CEO, which was newly created in the course of the restructuring of the Management Board, with Management Board member Norbert Haimerl. Mr. Haimerl will assume the position of CEO from September 1, 2022.
After careful consideration of all requirements, the ideal person for the position of CEO was found in Mr. Haimerl, as he recognized the need for change identified in the Hönle Group and can initiate measures immediately. As CEO, Mr. Haimerl will primarily be responsible for the areas of marketing and sales and will initially take on this task in a dual function in addition to his previous responsibility as a member of the Management Board for the areas of finance and human resources, until another member of the Management Board is appointed for the areas of finance and human resources. Until further notice, the company will be managed by Mr. Haimerl and Mr. Pumpe (Chief Development and Manufacturing Officer).
