Gilching (pta022/20.10.2023/17:35) - The Supervisory Board of Dr. Hönle AG intends to appoint Dr. Markus Arendt as a member of the Management Board of Dr. Hönle AG with effect presumably from May 1st, 2024. He will follow Dr. Franz Richter, who was delegated to the Management Board by the Supervisory Board and will be leaving the Management Board when a successor is appointed.
Mr. Richter returns to the Supervisory Board and takes over the Chairmanship again. Mr. Niklas Friedrichsen took over the Chairmanship of the Supervisory Board during the time of delegation.
